The registration fee should be remitted in Euro in one of the following ways:

INTER-NOISE 2008 authorize Dynasty International Travel Co., Ltd to receive payment from your credit card. The Dynasty International Travel Co., Ltd only accepts Master Card and Visa Card. Charges to a credit card will be billed in Chinese Renminbi(RMB). Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to fluctuation in the currency-exchange rate. The total amount should be added by 4% for bank charge.

2. No personal check will be accepted for any payments.
3. Bank transfers must be for the net amount due and exclusive of any banking charges.
4. Participants making payment by bank transfer are kindly requested to state clearly on the bank order which items these charges include: Registration, hotel deposit, Congress banquet, additional papers, exhibition, daily city tours, pre & post Congress tour.
5. After receipt of the form of payment, the participant will be officially registered and will receive an invoice/confirmation. Please bring the confirmation with you to the Congress registration desk at the Shanghai International Convention Center (SHICC).

Late Payments
If you submit your registration fee after Oct. 15, 2008, please bring a copy of the receipt with you to the Congress Registration Desk in order to avoid double charges.

Payment on Site

Cash (EURO, USD and RMB), or credit cards (Master and Visa) are acceptable.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you have registered for Inter-Noise 2008 and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. If this is not an option for you, the refund policy is listed as follows:

• Any cancellation notification in writing must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat.
• Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds will be paid in Euro.
